[气囊] 浙江欧华造船的船舶气囊下水资料

非常抱歉现在才发给您相关下水资料.我们是浙江欧华造船有限公司.打扰了.

本邮件是按照我们公司的商务部领导顾耀明的指示,将本项目气囊下水的相关资料发给您,请您根据顾领导的要求,作好相关计算.

附件是两种状态下的船舶下水重量:一种不带上建,另一种带上建的;但两状态均不带二甲板及主甲板.

我会和我们的设计公司协调,尽快将二甲板及主甲板的相关重量发给您,到时需要您根据舱盖重量进行补充计算.

型线图,也在附件中.

计算后,我们要求给我们一个明确的回复:

1.船台倾斜的坡度是多少?

2.下水过程中,船体各部位的应力值能达到多少?可否计算出并提供相关数据.

3.计算书请一并发给我们,最好是英文的.

4.下水时气囊及建造时坞墩的布置图,请一并发给我们.

如若需要其它资料,请尽快回复,我们希望在一周内得到相关计算,因为我们要对船台进行土建施工.请予谅解.

下面是设计公司发给我们相关人员的邮件,请参考.





Dear Bin,
please find attached the preliminary loading conditions for launching with and without deckhouse.
Based on a lightweight for ready vessel of 11000t I have prepared two launching conditions:
  • Launching condition with deckhouse
  • Launching condition without deckhouse
To 1.  The lightweight (11000t) was reduced by following weights, that are not on board during launching, for my opinion:
-          crane equipment above wing section
-          life saving equipment
-          hatch covers
-          furniture in deckhouse
-          fillings in systems
-          tween deck panels are no lightweight but also not considered
The lightweight is under this condition appr. 8900t.
To 2.  The lightweight (11000t) was reduced by following weights, that are not on board during launching, for my opinion:
-          complete deckhouse (incl. steel, outfitting, equipment, paint, ventilation, cable etc.)
-          crane equipment above wing section
-          provision cranes
-          life saving equipment
-          hatch covers
-          fillings in systems
-          tween deck panels are no lightweight but also not considered
The lightweight is under this condition appr. 8200t.
An acceptable lightweight distribution is currently not available because the steelweight is currently not divided into the individual sections.
