This technology is used to launch 3400t oil supply ship built in Thailand, the other ships’ launching process can refer to this technology . 此方案应用于建造在泰国的供油船下水,其他船舶下水也可借鉴。2. quoted standard:CB/T3975-1996 airbags for ship slipping and launchingLoa=90m         B=15m         TF=1.674mTa=3.164mD=6.8m               W=1850 t下水船的相关数据:总长=90m   型宽=15m    艏吃水=1.674 尾吃水=3.164型深=6.8m自重=1850T2.2 main parameter of the slipway船台的主要参数2.2.1 All we know is that the slipway is horizontal now。我们现在只知道船台是水平的·2.2.2 rebuild requirement of the silpway:关于船台改造的要求a. format the horizontal part of the slipway, and remove the object which can break airbags;修理船台水平的地方,并且清除可能对气囊造成破坏的障碍物b. the end of the horizontal slipway to the mean tide lever ,the grade should be 1/30~1/35 ,the bearing capacity is over 0.1Mpa.船台末端,接近水位的位置的坡度应该在1/30~1/35之间,并且能承受0.1Mpa的压力c. Under the water, the grade should be 1/15,the length is that, when launching ,the depth of the water at the end of the slipway should over1.8m.在水中的船台坡度应该在1/15,并且末端水深要超过1.8m3. requirement of the main equipments主要的设备Air-bags type is 6 layers φ1.5×15,number is 20.pillar height:H=0.9m:Q=π(D-H)/2 L· P·N ·Cb =3.14(1.5-0.9)/2×15×0.16×9.8×10×16×0.7297=2586(t)起墩过程中承载力的计算:安全系数:K=2586/1850=1.39>1.26

5. weather condition requirement when launching:下水时气候要求:5.1 The force of the wind should be less than 5 levelvisibility should be over 10 meterno heavy fog、wind、rain etc.风力应该小于5级,能见度要超过10m,没有大雾,风雨天气。5.2 before launching, we should confirm height of tide is satisfied。在下水之前,必须确认潮汐水高度满足下水要求6. working process of slipping to the water   The process begins only after the sections building finished and checked out.下水的工作程序下水进行必须在船建造结束,且验检合格6.1 preparation 准备工作6.1.1 all tools should be on site.所有设备工具须放置现场6.1.2 Place the air-bags according to the drawings we offered.如布置图所示布置气囊6.1.3 set two over 20t lugs at the stem 1.5m from the baseline, and the location should not be too low . 烧焊在船舶距基线1.5m高度2个20T的耳板。高度不能太低。6.1.4 Connect the hoist and the hook tightly , the wire rope must meet requirements;set the bitts、winch(10t)and wire rope as the drawings we offered.链接卷扬机和脱钩。钢丝绳须满足要求。如图所示布置地牛,绞车(10T)及钢丝绳6.1.5 Clean the things like scaffoldings、welders, which can hinder the launching process清除像支架,焊机之类可能阻碍下水过程的物品6.1.6Measure the water level and adjust the launching process by it.测量水的高度,随时调整下水方案6.1 lifting process起墩过程·6.2.1 Charge the air-bags to 0.07Mpa from the end of the ship to the beginning.anchor the ship, take the air-bags back ,and the process finished抛锚泊船,回收气囊,下水完成。
