今天有客户询价同事4.5×9米的充气橡胶护舷靠球(KQ4590),据说是来自俄罗斯的客户。询价表格里面是全英文,一时之间都没太看懂,大体上就是需要12个直径4.5米,长度9米的大型充气橡胶护舷靠球,每三个为一组一体捆绑式。还有其他一大堆的英文配件说明,具体请详看附件。
同事的报价是总价46万美金,即使在我们永泰长荣工厂,如果您问我们不同的销售,每个人报价都不一样的,有的按普通汽车轮胎低配卸扣转环和转环报价,有的是按飞机轮胎高配卸扣锚链报价,差个好几万很正常的。
如果客户到不同的气囊护舷靠球厂家去问的话,别说差个几万,价格差一倍都是很平常的,记得几年前有个印度客户询价 4.5×9 米的大型靠球,当时就有叫亨的工厂给报价 2 万多美金一个,价格仅仅是我们一般的价格,有客户会问产品有啥差别,其实无它,无非是偷工减料,做的很薄很轻而已,国内采购产品,尤其是我们这种定制型的气囊护舷产品,这个其实不难理解的,价格一半的同时,材料和质量也都肯定减半了的。

3The Supplier is obliged to supply new equipment and auxiliary equipment that is mass-produced (not for exhibition/has not been used by the Supplier and/or third parties), which has not previously been subject to repair (modernization or restoration), which should not be in collateral, under arrest or otherwise encumbrance and produced no earlier than 2023, meeting the requirements of this ITT.
4The technical characteristics and quality of the supplied parts (s) of the Equipment (s), components (s) of the Equipment (s) must be no worse than the characteristics of the Equipment itself, and ensure the ability to operate/operate the Equipment at its maximum operating modes/maximum values of operating parameters

7The scope of delivery/delivery package must ensure that the Equipment achieves the required/specified technical characteristics, even if any options/parts/components are not included in paragraph “requirements for equipment configuration and equipment”, but are present in the required/specified technical specifications characteristics.
8All testing and training programs and methods provided by the Supplier as part of the supply of process equipment must ensure the ability to verify the technical characteristics listed in the original technical requirements (in the operating instructions, etc.) in full.
9To confirm compliance with the technical characteristics of the offered Equipment/Product, during the procurement procedure, the Supplier/Participant, upon request from the Buyer/Customer, must provide the following information (certified by the manufacturer):

3Requirements for packaging and labeling
3.1The equipment must be shipped in packaging intended for transportation of this type of goods. The packaging must protect the Equipment/Ancillary Equipment from any kind of damage or corrosion during transportation and be suitable for possible reloading of the Equipment/Ancillary Equipment en route to the destination and their long-term storage, as well as protect the Equipment/Ancillary Equipment from exposure to atmospheric agents. The packaging of the Equipment/accessories must be suitable for handling.
3.2The Supplier must include a detailed packing list with each package. The packing list must indicate the quantity and name of the packed items, their type or model, with reference to the item number of the relevant Technical Specification, the net and gross weight of each item in the package, the dimensions of the packaging, and the Contract number. One copy of the packing slip, in a waterproof envelope, must be secured to the outside of the packing area.
3.3All packages must be marked on two opposite sides. Each package must be marked with indelible paint as follows:

4Other requirements:
4.1In the scope of supply of Equipment/auxiliary equipment to ensure the carrying out of Services/Works (Section 2 “Services/Works”) under paragraphs 1;6;7, including testing for reproducible/operational accuracy in accordance with GOSTs by means of manufacturing test parts or using a special tool, Sufficient materials must be included:
- all consumables;
- test samples/parts for testing;
- technical fluids;
- tools.
4.2The scope of delivery of the Equipment/auxiliary equipment must include all services/works in accordance with the “Services/Works” section, including the “Grounding Inspection Report”.
4.3Before signing the contract, the Supplier provides the Buyer with all the necessary information requested by the Buyer as part of the purchase of Equipment.
4.4When working with the Technical Specifications, the Supplier is guided by the “Instructions for Working with Technical Specifications” appendix.
