5.1 This technical agreement applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of pneumatic rubber fenders.

5.2 This technical agreement does not list all the details of the pneumatic rubber fender, but the products provided by the supplier meet the requirements of the technical agreement and standards of engineering design and manufacturing, as well as relevant national standards and industrial standards. The pneumatic fenders shall be manufactured in accordance with the approved drawings and process documents.
本技术协议书未列出充气橡胶护舷的全部细节，但供货方提供的产品满足技术协议书的要求以及工程设计和制造工艺标准的要求，符合相关国家标准、制造行业标准的要求，并应按照规定程序批准的图样和工艺文件进行制造。

5.4.5 Mill certificate and test report for each pneumatic rubber will be provided by supplier.
每只充气式橡胶护舷均应附有产品质量验收合格证和出厂检验报告。

6.2.3 The flanges, shackles and swivels are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, the material of bolts and nuts are 304 stainless steel.
两端法兰、卸扣、转环等易与海水接触部件均做热镀锌处理，螺栓和螺母为304不锈钢件。
6.2.4 The thickness of the fender rubber frame material is not less than 18mm, and reinforcement layers are deployed between the rubber sheets.

8.3.1 The following contents are marked in the obvious position of the rubber fender: product name, model number; manufacturing company name, product number; production date, etc.

8.3.2 Each rubber fender have a permanent unique identification mark for tracking.
每个橡胶护舷均应有永久唯一性标识，便于追溯。
8.4 Pneumatic fender warranty condition
充气橡胶护舷质保条款
The warranty period of supplied fenders is 1 year calculating from fender delivery time. During the warranty period, the supplier will provide free technical services and quick response for client’s request. The supplier will response by telephone or fax within 8 hours after receiving the customer's notification, if needed, can dispatch engineers to solve problems on site within 24 hours.
If there are quality problems of supplied fenders, the supplier is responsible for free repair or replacing.
护舷质量保证期为1年，从护舷交付日期起算。在质保期内，供货方提供免费提供技术服务，产品在使用过程中发生故障时，在接到客户通知后，供货方8小时内以电话或邮件方式给予答复，必要时在24小时内派专业技术人员到现场处理解决。
在正常使用条件下，如出现产品质量问题，供货方负责免费维修或更换。
