一、船舶主参数垂线间长Lp.p. 183.00m型 宽B 28.50m下水时自重量W 9611.10t重心纵向位置LCG 83.93m船业公司提供的图纸: 总布置图 线型图 SC4616-100-05_A_S 邦氏数计算书 SC4514G1-101-01JS 静水力数值表 二、船台及下水坡道2#船台改造后的几何参数:船墩高度:0.75m。三、牵引力计算依据船舶行业标准CB/T3837-1998《船舶用气囊上排、下水工艺要求》3.4.2,牵引力为:FC=Q·sinα-μ·Q·cosα=9611.1×0.0136-0.006×9611.1×0.99=73.61以上计算中所取摩擦系数是依据部分气囊下水经验所得系数,但摩擦系数受气囊充气量,气囊摆放角度等多种因素变化较大,故为安全起见必须提高安全系数。所以实际操作时请用2台绞车,每台绞车牵引力应不小于75T。
四、起墩时气囊布置与充气压力以及承载力计算所用气囊直径φ1.5m,长度24m十只,其余主要为18m,艏部用15m十只,具体布置见表1。表1: 起墩时气囊承载力计算

五、船舶重心到达船台坡道折角点时,气囊内压与承载力计算1、船舶行程X X=LCG+19.7 =83.93+19.7 =103.63m 为计算方便,取8号气囊到坡道折角处,因此船舶实际行程U。U=2(X-8号气囊实际行程的两倍) =103m两者之差△=U-X=-0.63m 重心在折点之左,即在副坡道上。 2、气囊承载力计算见表2

八、结论1、本船与5.7万吨以及7万吨船相比,宽度略小,自重也小,所以没必要采用对接方式布置气囊,只需用十只24m长气囊与18m气囊都采取单排方式,可以安全的将船舶抬起抽出船墩,完成起墩任务。2、当水位达到计算位置时,船舶下水最高气囊工作压力仅0.29MPa,对气囊本身是安全的,同时它对船底板产生的内应力也是很小的。
